Most of the remainder is planted with pasture and banana though there are also nicely forested areas. It borders a substantial river, the Rio Canas, which supplies the water for the tilapia ponds through a legally registered acquaduct right-of-way. The total capacity of the production system is 54 tons per year, about 4.5 tons per month.There is a rustic office of approximately 30 square meters of construction. The main production system has one tank 200 meters long, 10 meters wide and 4 meters deep. There are three secondary tanks to grow fish fry. In the main pond the fish are kept in floating cages to prevent contact with earth. This tilapia enterprise was created as a village cooperative to expand economic opportunies and income in this ranching center village. Inefficient management has prevented great success. The price includes the farm with everything in it, including the office, equipment for the production, cages, and equipment to measure oxygen. If the sale is prompt, the actual operation will be delivered as it is, including the existing fish, which should be around 10,000. If the sale does not happen soon, the fish will not be included because the owners are about to sell them.
