Poynton Michael Specialty:  Background:  I'm an Owner/Broker with Better Homes Real Estate, Costa Rica. I’ve been buying and selling real estate here in Guanacaste for over 6 years now. I have a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame and moved here permanently in June of 2005 from Chicago after working as and architect in the offices of SOM, Perkins & Will, and as a private consultant. I joined Better Homes in January, 2007 and decided to purchase half of the agency in June when the opportunity presented itself. I am an active member of the Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors (CRGAR) and am also a Costa Rican resident. I am married to a lovely Costa Rican woman, have started a family and am loving life here in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. ¡Pura vida!
